To find a student accommodation you can go to the site Studylease, search for housing and in a few clicks find the one you need/
Go to: https://www.studylease.com/ and follow the steps to submit your files simply. To better understand the steps, you can watch the video:
Here are the steps :
- Fill in the location you want: City, School, ZIP code ...
- Choose between Student Residence / Classifieds / Short Term / University Cities.
- Once both fields are filled you can start your search among the choices.
- When a property interests you, click on Deposit my file, it does not commit you to anything!
- On the next page you can check the availability of the chosen accommodation. You will also have access to all the necessary information about the selected accommodation such as the services and amenities that the property has, which you can find nearby as well as the opinions left by the students.
- You can find your wishes of residence in lower left and deposit your file in that of your choice.

- All you have to do is fill in your tenant sheet and fill in as many fields as possible so that the application can be processed as quickly as possible.
- Once the tenant record is filled, press Continue my application, you will now inform Garantme as your guarantor, proceed as follows:
- Choose Garantme as your guarantor, after that you just have to enter your number of certificate
- Just click on Follow my application and everything is allright, you just have to add your personal document now (as you did for Garantme when you apply)
- Your number of certificate is in the certificate, you can find it here : https://tppr.me/PDqAE
-> Where can I find my certificate? You have received it by email when you have been certified by Garantme. If this is not the case, put your file on Garantme.fr or call our advisers.
- Once all the pieces are added, you can continue your application.
- Congratulations, your file has been sent to the lessor.
